8DAYS UGANDA SAFARIS TO KIBALE, QUEEN ELIZABERTH, BWINDI AND LAKE MBURO.

Day1-Arrive Kampala or Entebe. 

Arrive, meet your driver guide then transfer to hotel for overnight and the following day safari briefing.

Day2-Entebe to Kibale                                                                                                                            Early in the morning we will pick you up from the hotel then drive to Kibale Forest it is about 6hours drive. We will arrive at afternoon at Kibale Forest Camp for overnight.

Day3-Kibale National Park.   (Chimp walking day).                                                                                                             

We will start 08:00am with the 4 hour chimp walk, during which you may also get to see other primates. Kibale park is also known for all the butterflies and birds. Afternoon we will walk through Bigodi Swamp where is home to a community based project.

Day4-Kibale to Queen Elizaberth Park.                                                                                                       

Early morning drive Queen Elizabeth NP is about 5hours. Via Fort Portal we reach at around midday at the Bush Lodge or camp in Queen Elizabeth NP with a stunningly beautiful view over Kazinga Channel. On the program is a two hours launch trip on the Kazinga channel where we will see many animals from the waterside.

Day5-QENP to Bwindi Impenetrable Park.                                                                                                  

Early morning after breakfast about 8am the drive to Bwindi. From here the journey takes us through a beautiful landscape called the “Switzerland of Africa”. We pass mountains, hills and lakes with cultivated terraces, tropical rainforest and bamboo forest, heading to bwindi for overnight at Gorilla Valley Lodge, Travelers Rest house or Camp.

Day6-Bwindi Impenetrable Park. (Gorilla walking day).                                                                   

Early morning drive to the starting point of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest NP. After arrive you will having a briefing, then from 7.40am to 8.30am you will start your Gorilla tracking. When you find the gorillas you will be able to spend up to one hour with them. Thereafter you will walk back to the starting point and arrive by 7.00pm at the latest. Then drive back to the camp or lodge for overnight.

Day7-Bwindi to Lake Mburo.                                                                                                                      

Early in the morning we will drive to Lake Mburo National Park about 5hours. We will have a stop at Mbarara for lunch, then we will continue to Lake Mburo, it ia a smaller but very unique park, and the only one in the Western part of Uganda several animals are found here such as impalas and zebras. We will have evening game drive this or culture walk depending on your arrangements. Then overnight at the Mburo Eagles nest or camp.

Day8-Mburo to Kampala or Entebe.                                                                                              

Early in the morning we will have game drive thereafter drive to the camp or lodge for late breakfast then we will drive back to Kampala or Entebe about 5hours drive through Masaka there will be an opportunity to a stop at the Equator for lunch, photo shoots and shopping of souvenirs where we will also have tea or coffee. Thereafter drive to Entebe or Kampala airport to catch flight.
