Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe & Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Day 2 is the highlight of your 4-day Uganda safari—your gorilla trekking adventure in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. After an early breakfast, you’ll head to the park’s headquarters for a briefing by park rangers about the trekking guidelines, safety precautions, and gorilla behavior. You’ll then begin your trek through the dense forest in search of a family of mountain gorillas.
The trek can take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours depending on the location of the gorillas.
