Nature Excursion Safaris

CLIENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. DIFFINITIONS:
(a) These are general terms and conditions of business are applicable to the bookings made to Nature Excursion Safaris.

(b) In these Booking Conditions the company shall mean Nature Excursion Ltd. Registered under the law of the United Republic of Tanzania and given Number 121276.

(c)These terms are amended from time to time due to changing
Circumstances, the terms at the time of booking are the terms that are valid.

(d)Conditions in Africa are not the same as those in developed countries and standards of service, medical facilities, safety and security may often be lower than those in your home countries. Please note that it is the laws and regulations of the country in which services are provided which apply to your holiday arrangements and not those of your home country.

2. PAYMENTS AND OUR COMPANY PRICE POLICY:
(a) Our/your required program is prepared many months before the begin of your travel and the prices quoted in them are for your guidance only. If at the time of booking the price has changed from that shown in our required program, you will be informed of the revised price applicable to the travel arrangements before you commit yourself. Should bookings be made less than 45 days prior to arrival in which case full payment is required immediately.
(b) We do not encourage using credit card payments at present since we had some problems with frauds in the past. We do not consider it safe at present and do therefore, prefer payment by bank transfer.
(c) A deposit of 40% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking, the remaining 60% must be paid 30 days before safari begin.
(d)During the booking you will given our more bank details.
(e) No service will be performed unless 40% payment has been received.

3. COMPALINT: (a) If you have a problem during your trip, please immediately inform the relevant supplier.eg, hotel, trip leader, our representative or the company head office who will Endeavour to put things right.
(b) Failing resolution, the Client must make any complaint within 28 (twenty eight) days of the trip’s finish date. This complaint must be made in writing.
(c) The Company will not be held liable for the loss of enjoyment due to unfulfilled expectations of the Trip due to the nature of adventure travel, each trip is unique and reliant on client interaction and participation.

4. CANCELLATIONS POLICY: (a) All cancellations must be advised in writing, signed by the signatory of the booking form. Cancellations are effective on the day that they are received by the company. Recorded delivery is strongly recommended.
(b)Cancellation fees. A cancellation fees is based on the full amount 10% applies to booking cancelled anytime more than 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellation received within 45 to 30 days before arrival attract 25%, while for cancellations received less than 30 days before arrival, the full deposit paid is forfeited. (c) No any refund for the mountain climbers who will fail to proceed with their hiking after sign in to the Mount Kilimanjaro even if it is a first day.

5. INSURANCE:
We encourage you to purchase a travel protection insurance, all clients must have adequate insurance for the duration of their holiday. The travel insurance we recommend should full cover death, Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation Expenses, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay, loss to or theft of the client’s property. Any incident should be reported immediately to the company and to the nearest police station. Poof of such an insurance cover must be provided before the safari begins.

6.RESPONSIBILITY: Nature Excursion Ltd, its outfitters, operators of the tour and/or suppliers of services act only as agents in regard to travel, whether by plane, car or shuttle, and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, war, insurrection, revolt or other civil uprising, other military action, strikes or any Act of God occurring in either the country of origin, destination or through passage, or for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts or default of any company or persons engaged in conveying the passengers or in carrying out arrangements of the tour. They cannot accept any responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules or other causes. All such losses or expenses will be the responsibility of the member of the tour. The right is reserved to make minor adjustments to the itinerary and the right is reserved to cancel any tour prior to departure. Nature Excursion Ltd may not be held responsible for any loss or damage to luggage during the tour program. By embarking on his/her holiday the clients accept and consents to taking personal responsibilities for the risk of death, injury or illness which company and his agents having exercised all due care could not prevent or avoid.

7. TRANSPORTATION: Every effort is made to ensure that vehicles are provided in a roadworthy condition. In the event of a breakdown, the Company will endeavor to provide adequate repairs or a replacement of a vehicle as soon as it is practical. Guides are instructed to follow the relevant conduct for Guides which clients must not ask Guides to break in any way. In the event the guide does not follow the code of conduct the client is asked to inform the company immediately.
8. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION:
The descriptions, information and opinions given by the Nature excursion ltd in respect to Our suppliers such as Hotels, Lodges & Camps, National parks, animal sightings, itineraries, and security are given in good faith, based on the latest information available to the company. The company cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions.
