5DAYS UGANDA SAFARIS INCLUDING GORILLA AND CHIMP TRECKING

Dy1: Kampala to Bwindi Forest National Park.  

You will have your early morning breakfast, picked up at 06:30am to start your safari to Bwindi Park, on  the way you will enjoy a landscape scenery at Kigezi highlands best known as Switzerland of Africa. By  road it will take us around 9-10hours drive. An option of taking flight can be arranged at an extra cost  from Entebe Airport which will take about 2hrs.  

On the way you will stop for picture at Equator the line that divides the world into two. Lunch at Agip  Motel in Mbarara town thereafter drive to Bwindi Forest National Park Directly, arrive late evening to  your hotel for overnight.  

Suggested Lodges to stay are,  

Luxury: Gorilla forest camp, Mahogany and Buhoma Lodge.  

Midrange: Silverback, Egagi Lodge.  

Budget: Buhoma Community or Bwindi view Bandas.  

Day2: Gorilla Trekking Activities.  

Today you will have an early morning breakfast about 7am, thereafter you will head to for briefing by  UWA ranger guide at the park headquarter, it depend on where gorilla group is located so as you will  enter to the forest for trekking adventure. The area is beautifully, the rain forest is spectacular, credibly,  steeply forest landscape. Terrain is vary with some movements of great primates, the time of observing  these gentle and end angered giant species is awesome and exiting.  

How long it will take for searching these apes is unpredictable, however it range between 1-9 hours  depending their movements. When Gorilla are spotted the guide shall ask you to stand 7 meters away 

from them and you are requested to remove flash light on your  

camera.  

Late afternoon if the weather is great we will have a village walk to the communities that live around here.  Late evening back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day3: Bwindi to Queen Elizabeth National Park  

After breakfast drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park through Ishasha the tree climbing lions, if lucky  you will spot some lions on trees, cross the savannah grasslands head to your lodge or camp for lunch  dinner and overnight. 

Day4: Queen Elizabeth National Park  

Sunrise at 06:30am at time you will be already out for game drive try to see an active cats, Leopard,  Elephants, Hyenas and other antelopes, Hippopotamus are common in this park. 3hours for game drive,  back to your lodge or camp for heavy breakfast. thereafter drive to another interesting landscapes for  game drive, lunch at the lodge, followed by afternoon boat ride in Kazinga channel for water and colorful  birds, late evening drive back to your lodge for dinner and overnight. 

Day5: Queen Elizabeth to Kampala or Entebbe.  

Today if your flight is very late evening, some activities you may take early in the morning go with packed  breakfast and lunch include chimpanzee tracking at Kyanbura Gouge, there are interesting bats at  Maramagombo forest accompany by armed ranger guide, then drive to Kampala or Entebbe to catch your  flight or overnight at Hotel.
