Day 2: Full Day Safari in Maasai Mara
Wake up early for a full-day game drive across the expansive Maasai Mara. The early morning is prime time for spotting predators and other wildlife. Day 3: Maasai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, it’s time to leave Maasai Mara and head towards Lake Nakuru National Park. The journey takes about 5 hours by road. Upon arrival at Lake Nakuru, embark on an afternoon game drive around the park, renowned for its large population of flamingos (especially during the wet season), and other bird species, making it a paradise for birdwatchers.
Lake Nakuru is also home to white and black rhinos, buffaloes, lions, and a variety of antelope species. The park is set against a beautiful backdrop of rocky hills and acacia forests, adding to its charm. After an exciting game drive, relax and enjoy your last night in Kenya at a lodge or hotel near the park.
