Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe & Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
Your adventure begins upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport. After clearing customs, you’ll meet your guide and travel to Kibale Forest National Park, a famous destination for chimpanzee trekking. The journey takes about 5-6 hours, so it’s a great opportunity to enjoy the scenic beauty of Uganda’s countryside.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale Forest
Today, embark on one of Uganda’s top wildlife activities: chimpanzee trekking. Kibale Forest is home to over 1,500 chimpanzees, and trekking through the dense forest to see these fascinating primates in their natural habitat is an unforgettable experience. You’ll also have the chance to see other primates like red-tailed monkeys and colobus monkeys, along with various bird species and beautiful forest landscapes.

Day 3: Kibale to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After an early breakfast, you’ll head to Queen Elizabeth National Park, one of Uganda’s most famous safari destinations. The drive takes around 2-3 hours. Queen Elizabeth is known for its diverse ecosystems, including savannah, wetlands, and forests, making it an ideal place to spot a variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, buffalo, and numerous bird species.

After the boat trip, you’ll have another short game drive before heading to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, known for its population of mountain gorillas.

Day 5: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
The highlight of your trip awaits today: gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. This UNESCO World Heritage site is home to almost half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas. After a briefing from your guide, you will embark on a trek through the dense forest to find one of the gorilla families. The experience of encountering these magnificent creatures up close is truly magical and an experience you will never forget.

Day 6: Transfer to Entebbe & Departure

The journey takes approximately 8-10 hours, but you’ll have the chance to enjoy Uganda’s beautiful landscapes one last time before heading to the airport. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some time to explore Entebbe or shop for souvenirs.
